Bunker Tips

In the sand, take a full swing and expect to feel resistance from the sand grabbing the club. For good lies with the ball sitting up, open the clubface. For bad lies with the ball sitting down, square the clubface. For ugly lies with the ball buried, close the clubface.

Junior Academy meets on Tuesdays with two classes.  The 4  - 5 pm class is geared toward new golfers and advanced beginners and cost $59 per month.  The intermediate/on course class starts at 4:45 pm and cost just $99.

      If you have ever thought about picking up a golf club, either for the first time or returning once again, you can make golf your sport for a lifetime. The Get Golf Ready Program is designed to teach you in five short lessons everything you’ll need to know to step onto a golf course and get out to play with confidence. Get Golf Ready will be guided by trained PGA Professional - Chris Smith who will make sure you have fun each step of the way.  


Three different classes to choose from and only $99 for 5 hours of instruction

Thanks to Bob, Brian, and Gabe for coming out and improving their golf games at today's free clinic.  Perfect weather and a wonderful afternoon for some instruction.  I think Gabe improved the most and is shocked at his new grip and its effect it had on how well he hit the ball - yay,  no more duck hooks to the left.   Hope to see you at the next clinic...please sign up in the golf shop or send me a tweet at LegendGolfAcdmy.  Thanks Chris
